At the Woodfrog we ferment our sourdoughs for 28 hours, resulting in the thin caramelised crust and an open moist crumb. Toast shatters in your mouth loud enough to wake you for the day and the sourness does not overpower whatever ingredient is along for the ride. Loaves are hand shaped with a high moisture content and can be enjoyed as toast for a week. They contain organic flour water and salt.
